Law Industries Improvised Weaponry: Using What You Have To Make What You Need
I strive to improve on all things. So with that in mind I have shipped the current ST6 kits out with the recommended blade, but one in a style that meets the criteria, but allows greater use. To save any possible damage to other kit components I also included a simple slip cover to protect the pouch when not in use, as well as to allow another use. I thought it would be nice to share that.
By taking a cord loop which can be used as an innocent zip pull you can use a bobby pin to thread it through the sheath. This then can be placed over the saw blades T bar as shown. To lock it all into place, twist the cord until tight, and slide the sheath over it all to firmly hold into place.
A simple saw with a handle, or if you sharpen the end of the saw blade, a tool for self defense. Primitive, simple, from the kit and could still be made using the cord in the kit or a short boot lace section. Simplicity, is often the name of the game.
ST6 Kit Available In Our Store
Law Industries ST6 Recovery Kit (Military):
Seal Team Six is now a name known all over the globe. A specialist team utilising the best equipment on the market with many items of kit developed especially for them only. We were asked to look at the kit list they have and develop our own version from that. We did this, then as more people heard about it we offered the full military kit to other serving personnel.
We have met or exceeded the kit specifications and combined it with our very own Mini SERE Pouch. This item is currently only available for non UK residents, or those who can prove they are actively serving military in the UK or work in a position deemed at risk. (Security, EMT, SAR, journalists etc)
The kit contains: Law Industries Mini SERE Pouch, IRR Patch, 24″ Cordage- breaking strain exceeds spec, 24″ steel wire- breaking strain exceeds spec, hacksaw blade – spec matched, navigation system, small firesteel, ceramic razor blade, 3 bobby pins, metal handcuff shim, non metallic universal handcuff key.
Components of the kit can be used alone or utilised together to create all you could possibly need. Manufactured In a Military Production Factory using only full military spec materials. Colours currently stand at Coyote Brown, Black, MTP. Other Colours available at request.

Law Industries Survival Tin Knife:
After being asked to design a knife for a survival tin we looked to see what was already on the market. This seemed like it would be like trying to make a wheel ‘more round’. After taking what we knew about knife making, where we started incidently, we looked at blade styles and shapes, then onto grinds to make it as strong as it can be but remain sharp and able to slice.
The outcome after many drawings, prototypes and after some testing is shown for you. Its compact, its plain, lightweight and so far works very hard punching well above its weight.
For those with larger hands, a simple cord can be attached to stabilise the knife in use or when gloved as certain environments require. Essentially to make it fit a survival kit in a tin, it needs to be compact but still serve you when isolated.
Further updates to come:
Law Industries SERE / SAR Solas Markers:
SOLAS, Safety Of Life At Sea has been used by Search and Rescue for many years. Its a product that comes with many standards required for its optimal use. We looked closely at the guide lines and talked to the military, SAR and life boat teams to find what they recommend. The results were varied but we wanted to bring a simple product to mark your presence if required. The final outcome was a marker that can be purchased in different forms.
The use of only Genuine 3M SOLAS tape offers the optimal light return for signalling. We use the minimum specified patch of SOLAS as recommended for compact size while offering maximum signalling. Your Safety Is Our Concern.
Manufactured using only full military spec materials and 3M SOLAS Tape. Options as described above. Other options available at request.

Law Industries Micro SERE Pouch:
‘Hidden in Plain Sight’ continues with the launch of the Law Industries Micro SERE Pouch. After being asked if it was possible to make anything even smaller for a wider concealment, yet still carry the essentials to get out of restraint, we knew this could be interesting.
The Micro SERE Pouch holds the most basic tools to get you out. A handcuff key, and a shim. Used together or seperately they allow you to escape from handcuffs and an assortment of zip ties, or zip cuffs. A simple one piece construction incorporates two pockets and a loop for a cord if required.
We have managed to hide this pouch on the laces of boots tucked in at the very bottom, taped to the tongue of the same boots, under the insole, inside seams of jackets, on lanyards attached to most parts of a uniform, on key rings, rank slides, under watches, the list truly goes on. It can be used stand alone or incorporated for use with a survival tin, E&E kit or used with our own Mini SERE Pouch keeping everything to hand.
Manufactured In a Military Production Factory using only full military spec materials. Colours currently stand at Coyote Brown, Black, MTP. Other Colours available at request.

Law Industries Mini SERE Pouch:
‘Hidden In Plain Sight’ was the motive behind this compact SERE Pouch. A simple product that blends seamlessly into your gear. Attaching to your jacket, UBACS, vest, helmet or any of your bags it allows all of your blood patches or morals to aid in its concealment. When you need it, tear it off and slip it into your pocket, attach it to a lanyard or drop it inside your blast shorts.
Its small enough to hold the essentials, while still being large enough to contain a more complex kit if required. Strong milspec velcro holds the pouch closed until you need it. The same velcro can be used to keep the pouch open on a lanyard so nothing is left behind if you need to vacate in a hurry.

When it comes to hiding things, we like to try and make that as easy as possible. So we set out to show you a few places and ways of hiding the tools you need. This is just a simple kit, using a high end cord as a tether where needed. Once the cord is looped into a knot, the knot should be hidden on the inside of the pouch so as not to draw attention to itself.
Hidden In Plain Sight. Further using this ideal we have simply slipped a bootlace through the loop at the top of the pouch and laced the boots up. I would suggest that this be done further down the laces at the start point to aid in the hiding of the pouch. The higher volume of laces will help hide it more. We merely wanted to demonstrate the principal. There are other places on boots of course, under the insole, taped to the inside of the tongue, inside the toe area to name a few.
Rank Slides. A great place for adding a few extras. Loop the cord over the rank slide tab, slip the rank slide back over and button it up. The pouch sits near the bottom and does not bulk or bounce in use. You can’t see the pouch once covered and its a great place, as well as a handy place to have a kit.
Jacket Seams. All jackets have a slightly bulky fold near the bottom of the zip. Its easy to pick the stitches out, slip in the pouch and sew enough to hold the garment, but also little enough to allow access if you need access to the pouch.
Trousers and belts. This is one of personal taste. Most trousers have a button on the inside, simply looping the kit over and wrapping it once more to lock it into place the pouch sits happily out of the way. Its so minimal but right to the point of basics when you need them.
An alternative would be to tie the pouch onto the rear belt loop as shown. Simply tuck this on the inside of your belt with the loop at the top or bottom to aid security.
Just a few options, but ones that increase the chances of having the tools with you when you need them most, and spread around so no matter how you are restrained, you can get access to the tools also.
